Volunteer

Temple University was founded on principles of service. Across the university, we strive to honor the spirit of founder Russell Conwell, whose well-known “Acres of Diamonds” speech asserted that we all have a duty to improve our shared communities.

Volunteering is a great way to get to know your neighbors and community partners, apply your skills, and serve in a meaningful way. Temple offers many opportunities for students, alumni, faculty and staff members to participate in community service projects that fit their interests and passions.

Please visit the Office of Community Relations' website for more information on volunteering.
