Gianni Quattrocchi is a senior political science major from Bristol Borough, Pennsylvania. While at Temple, he most notably served as Student Body President from 2022 to 2023, where he addressed a range of issues including public safety, tuition costs, state government communication, and increased campus participation in student government actions. Off campus, he has interned in the offices of United States Senator Bob Casey and Pennsylvania Representative Tina Davis and worked as an Organizing Fellow for Pennsylvania Senator Steve Santarsiero’s reelection campaign. After graduation, he will be attending the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in the fall.

Lauren Farmer Associate Professor and Internship Coordinator in the Department of Political Science, says of Gianni “As both director of government affairs and as student body president, Gianni consistently placed greater transparency and student safety at the heart of his work. As Student Body President, Gianni worked tirelessly to expand Temple FLIGHT’s route to include an east loop around student housing and the Temple train station. But beyond a “signature achievement,” Gianni worked to implement a series of university town halls to raise and acknowledge students’ worries about campus safety, and to bring in other stakeholders to work toward more solutions. Gianni's work and general approach to student safety on campus has helped to build terrific collaboration on campus”.
