For the staff member who best exemplifies significant contributions and accomplishments to Student Affairs over a period of at least five (5) years showing an exemplary level of leadership, dedication, and high commitment to all five values: Inclusiveness, Excellence, Innovation and Creativity, Respect and Integrity.

For the graduate student working in the Division of Student Affairs that has displayed exemplary performance.

For staff members who have 3 years or fewer in their field but have already shown what it means to go above and beyond expectations

For the staff member or group who demonstrated true teamwork and collaboration on a project or initiative

For a staff member or department that works collaboratively with the Division of Student Affairs and goes above and beyond in serving our students and dedicating themselves to the mission, vision and values of Student Affairs.

For individuals that work a little more quietly and behind the scenes but always display leadership through dedication and service.
