Reserve Our Classroom

The first phase of the Christopher and Julie Barnett Essential Needs Hub is now open which includes a 50-seat smart classroom. Reserve our classroom using Temple's Event Reservation System (25Live). Quick instructions are included below, and you can visit this page for more information about 25Live and room reservation in the Student Center. You can also reserve a pop-up table outside the Hub using this form.

Temple Departments and Student Organizations:

• Login to TUPortal
• Under TU Applications, find and click the "Room Request (Events & Meetings)" link
• Complete the event form to request space(s). You can search for "Hub Classroom" or "Hub Table" to quickly find our spaces
• You will receive a response within 3-5 business days 

External Individuals/Organizations:

• Please email your request to hub@temple.edu with as much detail as possible.
