Important Note Regarding Rates:
Rates displayed on our website are provided for the current academic year. Each year, University Housing and Residential Life will prepare rates for the upcoming housing selection and budgeting processes; however, these rates are proposed until they are approved by the University's Board of Trustees in the summer. Please be mindful of the rates as you begin financial planning.

Housing Deposit:
As part of the housing application, each student needs to submit a $250 deposit which reserves your place in room selection. To pay the deposit, begin and proceed through the academic year housing application in MyHousing. For assistance with your deposit or payments, please contact the Bursar's Office at (215) 204-7269 or bursar@temple.edu.
