Student Activities provides opportunities for students to serve as leaders, empowering them to navigate challenges, and achieve remarkable success. As a result, students will demonstrate the ability to empower and support their peers, fostering a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and personal development within the university community. 

Engaging with our community: Student Activities has a strong commitment to active citizenship, inspiring students to interact intentionally with the world around us and address the needs of our communities with an assets-based approach. We achieve this through collaborative partnerships and meaningful reflection.   

Exploring our identities: Student Activities offers opportunities for self-discovery, personal and professional growth, and self-authorship. Students will recognize the interconnectedness of personal identity with broader societal and global issues, fostering a sense of social responsibility and a commitment to positive change. Students will gain empathy and respect for the diverse identities of others, fostering a more inclusive and compassionate campus community. 

Ensuring health & safety: It is essential to prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of all students and members of the Temple community. Establishing a culture of care and maintaining proactive measures is crucial to create a safe and supportive environment. 

Enhancing the co-curricular experience: College is an opportunity to expand real world knowledge. Our aim is to prepare students for what is next, by teaching transferable skills and enhancing their professional development. We also provide opportunities for students to connect with one another, foster a sense of belonging, and navigate the greater campus community through intentional programming.
