1. An Administrative Hearing is a meeting between a Student Conduct Administrator and an Accused Student or Student Organization. The purpose of the Hearing is to determine whether a violation against the Student Conduct Code has occurred.

2. An Administrative Hearing may occur at the discretion of the Student Conduct Administrator when evaluating a case based on various circumstances.

3. The Administrative Hearing may occur directly after a Process Review Meeting or at another time scheduled thereafter.

4. An Accused Student or Student Organization is permitted to have a Personal Advisor and/or a Person of Support present at the Hearing.

5. During the Administrative Hearing, the Accused Student or Student Organization will have the opportunity to provide testimony against them for the alleged charges.

6. After providing testimony, the Student Conduct Administrator can ask any follow-up questions necessary.

7. The Student Conduct Administrator may, at any time, contact witnesses to corroborate or refute information provided by the reports or the Accused Student or Student Organization.

8. Following the Administrative Hearing, the Student Conduct Administrator shall advise the Accused Student and/or Student Organization in writing of the determination and of the sanction(s) imposed, if any, along with instructions regarding appeals (Article IV, E).
