Join us for the 16th Annual Inclusive Leadership Conference (ILC) Saturday, February 7, 2026!
Organized by Student Leadership and Engagement, the Office of Institutional Diversity (IDEAL), and Campus Philly, ILC is the largest collegiate conference in the Greater Philadelphia area getting students activated in the quest to create spaces that:
- Bold Inclusion (Bold Leadership): Participants will build the confidence and courage to practice bold inclusion—leading with authenticity, empathy, and a commitment to equity.
- Self Discovery: Participants will be able to engage in reflective practices to identify their personal values, strengths, limitations, interests, and motivations, leading to a deeper understanding of themselves and their role in personal, academic, and professional contexts.
- Civility: Participants will cultivate the confidence and authenticity to engage respectfully across cultures by practicing cultural civility—demonstrating empathy, openness, and self-awareness while fostering inclusive, equitable, and meaningful dialogue in diverse environments.
- Social Change: Participants will be able to lead and inspire social change by applying inclusive leadership principles—recognizing systemic inequities, amplifying diverse voices, and fostering collaborative, authentic, and equitable solutions within their communities and organizations.
Through a variety of breakout sessions, engaging keynotes, and community events and games, attendees of ILC will learn how to embrace authenticity as a form of self-advocacy, leverage the unique contributions of others and resist the negative cultural and societal norms that attempt to filter who they truly are.
We hope to see you there!
