General
Q: Is the DRS portal the same as the TU portal?
A: No! They are different portals. The TUportal is the hub for all things Temple related, while the DRS portal is where you can find everything disability related.
Q: What can I do on the DRS portal?
A: You can schedule quizzes and exams, schedule appointments with your coordinator, send your semester request, and see all of your available accommodations.
Semester Requests:
Q: Do I have to send my accommodations to every class I’m enrolled in?
A: Nope! You can send them only out to specific classes if you’d like. Keep in mind that if you do send them out to all classes, you do not have to utilize them if they are not needed for that class.
Appointments
Q: I scheduled an appointment, but something came up. What do I do?
A: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can email your coordinator. Alternatively, you can use the MyDRS portal by clicking “appointments” where you can cancel or reschedule any requested appointments.
Q: If I schedule an appointment, does it have to be in person?
A: Nope! We also conduct appointments through Zoom.
