Why is my exam booking still sitting in pending?
DRS does not approve exams until 3 pm the business day before the exam.
Where do I go to take my exam?
We are located in Howard Gittis Student Center South. Please take the south-most entrance by the game room and take the elevators to the left of the entrance. We are on the fourth floor, across from the elevators, in Suite 420. You can ask the student working the front desk for directions back to testing.
Why is the testing room option not showing up on MyDRS?
You likely did not submit your semester request. Please do so immediately by following the steps here.
Some of my classes are showing up under testing room, but others aren't. What's going on?
You likely need to reshare your accommodation letters as this issue sometimes shows up when your schedule changes after submitting your semester request. Steps for sharing your accommodation letters are here.
Can I move the day or time of my exam?
We need written permission from your professor first. Either forward written permission from your professor to drstest@temple.edu, or email your professor for permission and CC drstest@temple.edu on the email.
