Rates displayed on our website are provided for the current academic year. Each year, University Housing and Residential Life will prepare rates for the Annual Housing Selection Process and budgeting process however these rates are proposed until late Spring. Rates must be approved by the University's Board of Trustees in the summer so please be mindful of this process as you prepare your finances and financial aid requests for the next academic year.
