Front Desk Operations

Residents enjoy the ease of having their mail and packages delivered directly to the front desk of their community! Additionally, our desks efficiently handle the management of student room keys/access and provide a variety of other services. Each of our desks is operated by a dedicated team of student office assistants (OAs), overseen by a full-time manager, ensuring smooth service.


  • Weekdays: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
  • Weekends: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Services Provided 

  • Mail delivery and package delivery.
  • Room assignment check-in/checkout
  • Room key pick-up/return
  • Lockout room key
  • Equipment checkout
  • General question and answers

If a student temporarily misplaces or lost their room key, the student can get a lockout assistant at our front desks or call the Resident Assistant On Duty afterhours. Core changes are process quickly to ensure the student's safety and security.
