In November, University Housing and Residential Life offers students the opportunity to participate in a room selection process specifically to live on-campus for the spring semester.

For Spring 2025, the following dates have been set for the Spring Housing Selection Process:

• On Monday, November 11, 2024, the Spring 2024 Housing Application Process will open for students to begin applying for Spring 2024 housing.
• On Monday, December 2, 2024, room selection will be available on MyHousing for new, transfer, or returning students who did not live on campus for fall semester. Available vacancies will be visible to select. Room selection will remain open until Friday, January 3, 2025.
• After Friday, January 3, 2025, students will need to contact the Office of University Housing and Residential Life at housing@temple.edu for assistance in obtaining a room assignment for spring 2025.
• Once room selection has closed, assignments will occur on a first-come, first-served basis based on when the housing application is completed.

SPRING MOVE-IN

• Returning and New students living on campus will be permitted to move-in to their Spring 2025 housing assignment on Saturday, January 11, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.  
• Students will need to secure accommodations in a local hotel if they are planning to arrive prior to Saturday, January 11, 2025.

New Graduate Students living on campus will be permitted to move-in to their Spring 2025 housing assignment anytime on or after Wednesday, January 1, 2025.
